$500.00 French Farmhouse Christmas Gift Card Giveaway, Wintersteen Farms Wreaths, Silver Tipped Christmas Trees, Anthropologie Ornaments

Hello!
I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving day yesterday.....
Today we will be giving away a $500.00 gift card to my online shop along with a Wintersteen Farms Wreath.....
My cousin Jeff and his wife Kelly own Wintersteen Farms.....
Wintersteen Farms is a 36 acre noble and douglas tree farm located in Eagle Creek, Oregon....
The entire process of creating, decorating, and shipping each wreath is performed at Wintersteen Farms....
Their wreaths are honestly one of my favorite gifts to give during the holidays....
The giveaway details will be at the end of this post....

Our favorite Christmas trees to use during the holidays are the Silver Tipped Christmas trees....
We purchase our silver tipped trees from  Sierra Magnifica Trees.....

This year I fell in love with Anthropologie's candy striped ornaments and
used them to adorn the trees in some of the product pictures.
I thought I would share a few images of items we added to our French Farmhouse Christmas section on November 20th along with a few simple Christmas decorating ideas..... Some of the items are currently out of stock,  however we are currently working on restocking the shop and hope to have some new items available around December 15th.

A vintage French crate filled with a silver tip tree.....

Ella modeling her Billy Wolf NYC jacket on a vintage French crate.....
I discovered these dog jackets on pinterest this fall, and I can't tell you how much we love these adorable jackets....
We also have stockings made from vintage European grain sacks......

Another vintage French crate filled with a silver tip tree.....
I found the plaid material in Bordeaux this fall....
I fell in love with this material.
It really was the inspiration behind my French Farmhouse Christmas displays for my product pictures this year.
I also brought the breadboards home from France as well....

I found this beautiful pot at a market in Villeneuve les Avignon along with the collar that Ella is wearing.... It even has a little bell attached to it....

I thought it would be fun to turn a breadboard into an advent calendar....

We put 24 nails into the breadboard in the shape of a tree and then hung the ornaments from the nails.... We also stamped numbers onto tags and hung the tags behind the ornaments....
The idea is the kids hang one ornament on the tree each day starting December 1st....

This season I have become obsessed with vintage French ticking and plaid fabrics....
I purchased the ticking last year and wrapped it around the base of our Christmas tree....
It only took me a year to get brave enough to cut into it.....

The basket the silver tipped tree is in is from Europe and are used in gardens.....
We typically use these baskets around our house to store shoes in....
They also make great laundry baskets......
We have a limited supply of these available in the shop.......

My mom used to hang sleigh bells on the door every Christmas season....
These bells bring back so many childhood memories for me....

I have  a few more bells to photograph and will add those to the shop on the 15th....

We have stockings made from vintage French linen and French ticking......

I strung Anthropologie ornaments around the top of this vintage French armoire using our nautical twine......
I got the idea from one of my favorite images that I found on Better Homes and Gardens website......

Fill a crate with some vintage kitchen items
and give to the chef in the family.....

One of my favorite gifts to give is this 100% Raw-Real Varietal Honey.....

We have dog beds we made from vintage European grain sacks that will go well with your holiday decor.

Ella seems to love her dog bed and Billy Wolf jacket....
We were only able to get a couple pictures of her awake on the bed : )

To create a simple table scape we lined the table with a vintage grain sack runner, added two cafe au lait bowls filled with the Anthropologie ornaments that we topped with a mini wreath we made from an olive branch.....

I found the opaline Milk bottle in Isle Sur la Sorgue......
We set the table with a mixture of English ironstone plates and a mix of vintage French silverware...
I will have a few more sets of ironstone plates available on December 15th.

I have a limited supply of grain sack runners available.

Last year we created ribbon by cutting the stripes out of the grain sacks......
The ribbon is really easy to make or you can purchase the ribbon in our shop.....

I think it adds some nostalgic charm to the Wintersteen Farms wreath.....
The ribbon eminds me of candy canes......

Vintage French chocolate jars are now available in the shop....

We created a simple centerpiece by filling the jars with vintage inspired deer candles that I had purchased from Martha by Mail many years ago......

My mom had candles similar to this and put them out every year.....
Those candles were my favorite Christmas decorations that she would put out each Christmas season.....

We also added these vintage French baking pans.....

We lined the pans with festive tissue paper and filled them with cookies we made using a favorite recipe out of an old Country Home Magazine.....

I am always looking for fun containers to put homemade cookies in for the holidays.....

We are hoping to find more of these to add to the shop on December 15th....

Another way to display your Wintersteen Farms Wreath......

Hang your wreath from an old easel....
I found this 19th century easel in Provence.....
I managed to fit it in my suitcase.....

If you were to win the wreath, how would you display it in your home?

These wreaths are so beautiful, especially with the grain sack ribbon! My artificial wreath on my door currently is so tired and faded. I would love a reason to boot it to the curb. Merry Christmas! Laurie lmpeck88@yahoo.com

wow.....so loved looking at all those beautiful photographs of all those drool-worthy things. kinda made me sigh over them. the wreaths are phenomenal.....so lush and full and.....well, fluffy. if i had one of those lovely things, i would likely put it on the glass-paned door in my kitchen that leads to a sheltered porch. that way i would see it every day....much more than if i put it on my front door to welcome guests and visitors. but then.....i kinda like the whole idea of welcoming myself to my home each time i return to it and having that wreath greet me, sniffing the delightful smells of fir and pine and whatever else is in that thing.

Our place is pretty small, so there's almost nowhere to hang this beautiful wreath BUT the front door… instead I'd probably gift it to my parents, as they will be hosting most of the Christmas guests.
